I’m not sure about other locations but my location had a great manager and a really fun team to work with.
Cons
Pay. - Your pay is low. $11.50 starting plus incentive. The fun thing about incentive however is you have no way of tracking to make sure they’re actually paying you correctly. And with how many errors payroll consistently made I doubt they do. Also, I worked there all of September and twenty day’s of October and gave my two weeks notice before quitting and they didn’t even pay out my September incentive. Which I just find to be unethical. So, I wouldn’t give them the respect of a two weeks notice since they clearly don’t respect the work you did for them. Hours. - You know this going in but they do stink. The bank is open until 7pm Monday-Friday and until 4pm on Saturday. You almost never have two days in a row off. Career development. - If you’re good at sales they don’t want to promote you to any other position because you make them money.
