Opportunities abound. There are chances to move-up, especially at the banking centers, for team members who demonstrate strong professionalism. The leadership team cares about the culture and sincerely wants it to be a great place to work. It's been my favorite place to work!

Cons

It is a small family bank, in comparison to most financial institutions, so understand when you join employment - it is not like being employed by Bank of America, Target or another national corporation. You will have to wear many hats sometimes, show initiative, and be a good problem solver.
