There are sales incentives that make the ridiculously high sales goals not as bad. They are open seven days a week so the management was willing to work with your schedule to get you your hours.

Cons

There are ridiculously high sales goals each day and if you do not meet those goal you get in trouble. There is significant pressures from upper management to reach monthly goals so they can get bonuses.
