Pros

Got to work well with customers. Commission is a plus. Opportunities for advancement. Provides good foundation for jobs in the future.

Cons

Extremely hard push on sales. For some that's a good thing, but I never felt as if my job there was secure despite consistently meeting sale goals (hence me leaving the bank).

Some of the best reasons to work at Academy Bank are the unorthodox means of marketing is pretty fun&bonuses

Cons

It's convenient to be open 7 days a week for customers..working 10 days in a row..not so much.

Most Co-Workers are fun. Customers are good people. Some managers are solid...some are just bad.

Cons

Low pay...high stress...terrible business model...uneducated management...marketing through flyers...stress of the conference call (3x per day)...no room for growth...can't trust management...cut throat culture between associates.
