Great work life balance, company has great holiday parties. Easy access to owner and COO of the company.

Cons

No upward Mobility. Only a few inner circle of people are selected to advance in the company. The company is ran like a school structure.

The Controller was a great boss. He was fair and treated his employees very well. I learned much from him.

Cons

There is very little room for advancement. There is always a need for drivers especially in the South Jersey locations.
