Pros

cool people, my management is decent, cool products coming out, remote work, decent pay, and maybe decent future if you can put up with new culture

Cons

zero balance and everyone stressed out, only come here if you like being controlled by a over zealous ceo. he will pick out your dinner if you let him. quitting after I get a new job.

Pros

Some good people left, once had a good work life balance, and not all of the good leaders have left (yet). Really good managers and HR people if you need them.

Cons

New CEO is a micromanager and rude to his direct staff in front of everyone, has no respect for anyone, but picks out certain younger employees to "focus" on...he's a little "weird". We have unreasonable deliverables. Culture is now mean and uncaring. Old CEO cared about people, New CEO treats everyone like an idiot. Rumors everywhere that good C-leaders are leaving and one of the coolest is interviewing at my cousin's company. Spiral time.
