Growing software company with talented people in all aspects of the company. Dynamic leadership with a very positive attitude, vision and open door policy. Solid long term strategy that will keep the company at the top of its field for many years.

Cons

No 401K but does have a well-established profit sharing plan. Looking to enhance existing roster of benefits.

Pros

I really enjoy working at Accelerated Technology Laboratories. Management makes certain that employees have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and are readily available for support to employees. Goals and objectives are clearly established. Everyone is friendly and very helpful - truly a family-like atmosphere.

Cons

No 401K plan, however there is a Profit Sharing Plan.

Pros

Owners brought in new management and CEO that is really leading the company from a "mom and pop shop" to a great company. Management is starting to separate each department and making roles more specific instead of workers having different roles in different departments. Great work environment that has helped me grow as an employee. A smaller company that really cares about their employees.

Cons

Priorities change quite drastically sometimes and this could lead to situations where projects are due ASAP, this doesn't happen very often but can be stressful when it does.
