Hi - Thanks for your review! I will say that in San Diego we (in working with our client) over-anticipated demand and did not have enough work initially which ultimately required us to reduce territory sizes. Obviously, this is not ideal for Accelion or it's employees but we do have to try and satisfy client demands and generally our collective forecasts are correct; unfortunately this was not the case when we first entered and expanded in the Sothern California market. Thankfully these initial teething issues are now resolved. Be well!
