Pros

Accelion hired me shortly after I had my daughter. Although they were in need of a full-time recruiter, they hired me on part-time so that I can be home with my daughter 2-3 days per week. It was clear to me then and is still clear to me now that the management staff here values their employees (and their families)! Since I’ve been employed here (6 months), I’ve felt like I have become a part of another family all together. From the gatherings outside of work to the casual conversations that I have with the company’s owner, there hasn’t been a moment where I felt like an employee. Don’t get me wrong, the work here is challenging and the training is continuous - it’s just nice to feel valued as a part of the team.

Cons

The benefits are great for a small company, but could offer a 401k or even educate employees on retirement options.

Thank you for the review. We do offer a 401k (through ADP). Please reach out to HR for more details. Accelion did opt to offer a service to our employees through our 401k provider called "AI Advisor" which will help educate and guide you on retirement options and recommendations using artificial intelligence.

Pros

Accelion does a good job at teaching sales and relationship building. They offer a great work/life balance and allow their employees to generally create their schedule each week. Health benefits are great. CEO's and Managers are available to talk to because it is a smaller company.

Cons

Required to work at least 2 Saturdays per month. Opportunities to grow into a management role right now are limited because it is a growing company.

Thank you for your review. Weekend work requirements vary by region and are disclosed upon hire; and, changes are communicated continually throughout employment. We are always trying to refine minimum work requirements to allow our employees maximum flexibility when creating their schedule however some requirements are necessitated by client demands. We are always looking for dedicated and top quality individuals to expand our leadership team.

Pros

Entrepreneurship, with amazing leadership and structure. Always evolving the job and trying to make it better.

Cons

Because we are growing at a fast pace and sometimes "building the plane as we fly it" we do experience growing pains.
