Great, fast paced open, honest environment. Amazing group of people that really take care of you and get to know you as a person, not just another employee. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with and always willing to help and support. Very good at recognizing when individuals or teams accomplish great things and make sure they take a few minutes out of the day to announce and reward in a group setting.

Cons

Meeting a client deadline can mean extra hours however the support of everyone on the team makes up for this.
