Meaningful projects but stressful deadlines and management issues

Pros

really nice place to work with nice perks. Projects are meaningful and gave real impact on society, and also provides great experience for engineers of all levels.

Cons

can be stressful at times with tight deadlines. management struggles to say no to the client at times which is at the expense of engineers sanity
