Accenture gives you good opportunities to grow as a fresher. It allows you to explore the technologies in a comfortable work environment. Generally you would not have too much workload to handle and you would be able to maintain a good work-life balance here. Policies are the best part of this organization and they are stringent and mostly made for the employee's benefit. If you work well, you will get the best yearly hike and timely promotions. If you are lucky enough, you might get on-site opportunities real soon in your career too.

Cons

Not much to learn in terms of the type of work you do. You might end up working for the same project for much time without any change in the type of work you are getting to do. Work may become monotonous if you do not put efforts to emerge out of your comfort zone and tell your leadership about your aspirations.
