Pros

There is a great work environment. The company personnel live by the companies core values. There is a good culture and opportunities to get involved outside of your role. There are also opportunities in Finance to move around to experience different roles. Management expects the best from every contributor which encourages you to perform your best.

Cons

The compensation seems a bit lower than the market average. There is a trade off to work for a great company - the compensation in all the groups is not to par. There is also not a bump for a masters degree.
