Company values it's employees. Pay is good. Facilities are good. Promotions given rightly to those who deserve. Yearly two variable bonuses depending on performance. Overall great.

Cons

Less flexibility in choosing a project. Some projects are great, some are not. Usually less scope of growth in internal projects.
