Pros

Remote work. Good benefits like EAP. Certain projects offered wellness sessions. Somewhat competitive compensation

Cons

Very secretive about YOUR career; management will keep crucial information from you until it's too late to prepare or act. Diversity was once a priority, revenue of course, and contract approval was more important. Room for growth if you're a product of nepotism. Layoffs are rampant. No advocacy from management or HR. Took a huge paycut once project changed.

Pros

Excellent Career Stepping Stone: Having the Accenture brand on a resume holds significant weight in the industry. Gaining a few years of experience there frequently opens doors to high-paying roles externally.

Cons

Slower Salary Progression for Homegrown Employees: While entry-level or external hire packages can be competitive, internal yearly raises and progression can feel slow relative to the workload. Many find that shifting externally yields a higher salary jump than staying long-term for internal promotions.
