This is not an easy place for an 'Experienced Joiner' to assimilate. Myself (and others that Ive spoken to) have had difficulty understanding the culture, integrating past experience with current projects. There are a significant number of native Accenture team members (i.e. joined out of college) and preference seems to be given to them on leadership roles, promotions, etc. Experienced Hires seem to be treated with suspicion. The alternative to that view may be that I may be giving them too much credit, and they dont really know whats going on. :-)
