Horrible management Non-existent upward mobility Toxic environment with office politics New/Creative ideas are not welcomed unless it comes form manager Job security is a serious concern if you do not land in a project within a month

don't care even though they say they do spend time recruiting people from competitor companies instead of internal have programs to move people from other countries to the US yet layoff thousands here upon submitting many requests regarding lack of career support, still ignored leaders care more about becoming a managing director and title than people
