Pros

Decent facilities. Diverse opportunities / areas to get exposed to. Good place for building people management skills. Ideal for senior managers or above.

Cons

Lack of professionalism at all levels. Ineffective HR and management. Lot of good processes that have been made ineffective in their implementation. Looks good on paper, unacceptable in practice. Most definitely NOT a place to start your career.

Pros

Real work&life balance in opposite to boutique consultancy. Wide range of international training, biggest range of diverse opportunities in every possible country, industry, service line. The biggest consultancy firm.

Cons

Pay is not high. Even strategiests have to do monkey job (basic market research, slidemaking, translation). Managers are week in terms of management skills. Appraisal is not provided on regular basis
