Pros

Brand Name used to be very good. Good Paymasters Now influx of some stupid politician types have deteriorated the whole setup.

Cons

Beaurocratic setup You can be sent to any place away from your base location without considering whether you have kids studying in school or spouse employed in the city. No respect for individuals only designation. Too much of chamchagiri. Will make yoy unemployable after staying here for some time.

Not bad. Not great

Pros

Good people in general. Often fit the model of insecure overachievers. Good benefits. Definitely holiday allowance is better than most. Fairly flexible working practices

Cons

Cut throat. The ranking system doesn't make for a friendly vibe amongst those of the same level. The pay is fine initially but tops out quite early. The actual amount of management consulting they do is less than 30% of their overall workload. If you like systems integration you'll love the company. If you want to do real non sap consulting this isn't the place to be
