- Performance evaluation is still subjective no matter how many times management says that it is based on your contributions and performance. Feedback is still based on what management can see and feel. If they like to promote you, they will give you all the opportunities to be ahead amongst others. But if not, sorry for you cause they won't give you the the support you need, not unless you beg or inform them of your disappointments that triggers you to resign. - Some managers are not that capable enough in handling a team. - Long work hours, the work-life balance is not sustained.
