The offshore strategy for outsourcing Unit is too bad to onshore employee. Accenture is moving more and more position from NA to offshore, despite the skill, management and work efficiency of the offshore team will cause very bad performance and bad service level to the client. And cause very lower morale among onshore team. Consulting team is somewhat like bodyshop, and earn profit by bringing junior consultant to the client, and the delivery buggy and lower performance application with badly delayed schedule. Even it is a company relay on people and their skill, but in some outsourcing site, it is not respect to skill but more on personal relationship. Trying charge much more than it should to client by propose much higher labor hours estimation.

I think there process for promotion and evaluation of what people should get for raises needs to be improved. I think this is one process that many companies today struggle with hence the rise in emplyee turnover in the US as a hole.
