Variety of projects Benefits Colleagues A good place to start graduate career, work for a few years, learn from those around you and then move onto a specialist consultancy.

Cons

Often forced to take projects with no interest to increase chargeability No overtime - need to be seen to be putting in OT - expexted

Pros

Various service line within Acn and depending on your service line, you do different jobs. Great network and very collaborative culture of course exprience depends on office and immediate sup. leadership takes interest in developing you as a person

Cons

work life balance is bad but some flexibility is allowed compensation structure not as high as other firms sometimes do not always get the kind of engagement you want to be in, but they at least try to make an effort

Friendly environment, good compensation packeg, work and family life balance approach. Able to grow in career and good career guidance.

Cons

Might have to moved to client location. Some time you may be deployed for short term projects but Ok for person willing to travel 100%.
