-Great for Industry Experience -Great support structure in place -Endless learning opportunities -Senior management is knowledgeable -5 weeks vacation from the start!

Cons

-Long hours for some projects -Pay is a little under industry average (b/c of brand name) -Travel for the sake of travelling

The possibility to be compartmentalised is very high, particularly with long projects. The company has a wealth of experience, but is not great at making that accessible to all employees
