Pros

Ability to fly all over the country to visit friends instead of flying home on the weekends - on the company's dime. Per diems are great as well. 5 weeks of vacation! As for the company, we are so big and our client list is so diversified that really anything is out there for you to do.

Cons

You're generally working the hours of a startup with no real potential upswing or an investment banker with half the salary. It is also kind of depressing when the client leaves at night and you have a whole "day" of work ahead of you that evening. It will burn you out. Seems a lot of smart people leave

Pros

They provided ongoing training for its employee. Tons of courses that we can take in our area as well as others.

Cons

There is nothing wrong with Accenture
