The work arrangement will not be the same even though you are under the same company, it depends on your people lead/manager (will get blast with work arrangement email but will not get it if your people lead/manager does not allow it) Personal experience on the project worked in PJ - the projects are all in shambles, changes were not informed properly, there are no training provided (you need to jump and deal with it without any prior knowledge) and got labeled as "dumb and slow" by the manager just because you did not know it, Have been micromanaged by the person in charge every second of your work hour, even need to provide reason and where you want to go when you try to apply for annual leave and the leave cannot be apply on the same month, need to be apply the month before. No career growth opportunity. Even though it is an MNC, but most of the people inside does not speak English. Basically if you did not speak their language, you will be left out.
