Pros

I can say that Accenture encourages its employees to constantly train and empower themselves through seminars and boot camps. The amount of work depends on the role and project you are in, so it varies. There are lots of opportunities available within the company, and it is up to the employee to chart his or her own career path. In terms of human resources and benefits, the company strives to provide its employees pain-free access to such resources through web-based applications.

Cons

In my opinion, for performance ratings, competition can be tough yet there are programs that help employees perform better at work in order to raise performance rating. The performance rating is very important for it can delay a person's role promotion and salary raise.

Pros

High Level process, good hike ,average work culture(Except Hyderabad, no professionalism). Good company to stick with.

Cons

Most of the work is support, once u r in a project then it is very difficult to get rolled off. Management will tell you to raise exit instead of asking roll off.
