- Culture is not supportive any longer due to removing almost all office perks and not investing in cultivating it in other ways. Glorified pizza parties at the end of the day.

- Managers and above only care about selling projects and not developing junior staff or keeping a positive culture in place
- Some projects are being sold way above current capabilities or capabilities of people that have left the company 6+ months ago
- Experienced Hires are given no training and it's sink or swim, they are also given false promises of "fast track" to becoming Manger which has never existed
- Overall compensation is lower than competitors
- PIPs are being given out to new college hires for not being staffed but again with centralized staffing you have no control over this
- Projects are turning into more PMO based projects than actual execution work
- Essentially have to say you will be leaving, don't see any career growth, or have a competing offer to get a promotion.
- Most new managers have been riding off the success of the junior staff rather than their own capabilities
- Messaging around attrition being low, and that the bonus pool set aside is going to only high impact leaders demotivates everyone
