Pros

Pretty often no work, everybody is away all the time, waiting for ship to be sinked. You can learn but mostly things you are not interested in as other colleagues will outsource work to you as soon they will find out you actually know something.

Cons

No salary rise for 3 years even when all things were done as expected. All the time they say the same things like its bad situation in the world which can be told every year. Very bad VM setups for doing developer work. Clients usually doesnt know what they want and managers either.

Pros

It’s good place to start your career because they have the resources to provide training. Sometime the training provide does not align with requirements pf the project your put into, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing because you get the real experience while on the job.

Cons

Career growth is slow and it becomes stagnant.
