Pros

Decent salary and good RRSP match. Variety of projects to choose from. Some very nice co-workers.

Cons

Projects are chronically understaffed, which results in staff who are under constant stress and who consequently cut corners. On one project, I did the work of 3 people. Code quality and the end product are some of the worst I've seen in my career. They hire inexperienced people because they cost less and quality suffers. I wouldn't want to be a client receiving a product created by Accenture. Lots of bullying. Projects often have a toxic environment. Projects are disorganized and badly managed.
