-If you are on their services workforce, there's 25 days of PTO -Good medical plan -401K matching up to 6% -Good stock purchase plan with 15% discount -Company name recognition -Lots of projects and clients

Cons

-Very corporate, you have to deal with lots of logistics and technicalities that detract from the work environment. -Work/Life Balance isn't great. Regularly work more than 40 hours a week. You're going to be tested on -Benefits and PTO COULD be lower in the consulting workforce. -Lower Base Salary than similar companies
