      >Good managers who are willing to listen >Good work life balance >Good benifits >Lots of training >Lots of social events and food

      Cons

      >Depends on the project. >Lots of cubicles no real offices in building >No help with education costs >Transitioning out of a project or going to AFS(Accenture Federal Services "US Govt") to LLP (Normal Accenture) and vice versa is really difficult.
