Pros

Best hike structure among service based IT companies. Vision and mission statement is always aligned with the changing and disruptive IT needs. Open door policy enables you to reach out to management level quite easily.

Cons

Like all firms, you can't formulate or derive the factors contributing to your growth. There are times when few client engagements can be really stagnant, but eventually it is up to an individual to make the best of it.
