Pros

Accenture offers strong opportunities for learning, especially for early-career professionals. The company has a wide range of projects, good exposure to large clients, and access to training resources. The brand name is also valuable for career growth, and many colleagues are smart, collaborative, and supportive.

Cons

Workload can be heavy depending on the project, client, and team. Processes may sometimes feel bureaucratic due to the size of the organization. Career progression can also vary depending on project visibility, management support, and business demand.

Pros

Everyone is so lovely, at least in my department. Good opportunities, competitive salaries. Flexible and almost remote job.

Cons

It takes a little bit more time to grow in the company, you got to do a real effort.
