Going downhill... FAST! Run, don't walk away...

Pros

Location is great, close to downtown.

Cons

The most recent COO really turned the company around and transformed the organization from a small-time telecom to a world-class MSP. Since his departure in 2019, the company has been on a downward spiral with constant re-orgs.

Pros

People that work there are great, commute is easy, building and area are nice.

Cons

Too much office politics with management, no training and just expected to figure it out, if you aren't in sales than you are treated as less than, no room for growth, work is not appreciated.

Relaxed Environment, decent pay in comparison to other small companies similar to Access One, short commute from home

Cons

We might as well have bars on the window because it has become a PRISON. There is also too much favoritism and office politics. There is no room for growth
