I have been with Access for eight years. In that time, the company has experienced aggressive growth, but has managed to maintain a positive culture of empowerment, teamwork, and integrity. Every team member has a voice, and every new idea is given consideration. Team Member Development is a top priority at Access, with a focus on career training and advancement opportunities. If you are looking for fast-paced, team environment with a growing company that rewards hard work and initiative, Access provides a great opportunity.

Cons

You will have very little time to play solitaire or check Facebook during business hours.

Pros

Energetic, fun, fast paced environment. If you have passion and desire to excel in your career, Access is your launch pad. Not for the faint of heart...you will be challenged to move outside your comfort zone and adapt to change quickly. If this isn't in your wheel house you may feel left behind. The executive leadership team is warm and engaging and is just as interested in the growth and well-being of their team members as they are in the bottom line. .
