Completely isolated from other teams. Little/no communication from management. Poor execution of new software roll outs. Poor QA testing. No path for growth/advancement. Internal politics degrade morale. Low/nonexistent morale. No incentive to stay.

The upper management is horrible. I sat in training meeting where the sales team were taught to use deceptive sales tactics to avoid demonstrating features of the application the company knew did not function. They lied to the customers and once they had the money in hand would forget they were alive. The greed and complete lack of understanding of security concepts from top executives is just one example of the problems at this company. That fact that is was purchased and being managed by vulture investors who made extremely damaging management decisions along the way took and industry leader and turned them into a has been.
