Overall good place to work. - They respect and acknowledge everyone's hard work/the effort towards the project deliverable. - The Package really reflects your work. - Surrounded by people who are really passionate towards the work. - Excellent supervisor who guides you in work and also personally.There is always clarity/info. in each assignment and process. - Good challenging and stable projects. - Quality oriented approach. - Response is very prompt/timely for any questions or concerns. - Job security and satisfaction - Proper management and process - Great place for Team player. - Bring in latest technologies in most of the assignments. - Management has good road map/vision. - No difference in the work place (like consultants and employees). - Company potluck & Fun activity included with games and prize - Best place to start anyones H1b also.
