- Lots of facilities like pickup and drop, morning breakfast, evening snacks, festival bonus, standard medical insurance, gifts, etc.. - Lots of learning opportunities, no unnecessary pressure from management. - Good work life balance - Good amount of paid leaves.

Cons

You have to be in the list of favorites to get good hikes. Else it is very difficult.
