Pros

Friendly Colleagues Company Benefits are really good, with discounts on all Accor hotels worldwide and 2 free 2 night stays at any UK hotel. Free use of the gym and spa. Management is very friendly and focus on your satisfaction at work whilst continuously monitoring your performance with various assessments. Monthly Staff meeting, very motivating. Free travel to and from work. Rather Flexible shifts. Employee caring company.

Cons

With most hotels, disputes between departments are very common. A lot of different customers, means a lot of rude people. Tips can be unfairly shared. Work load can be too intense sometimes. Amount of customers can be unpredictable leading to a constant change of the weekly rota.
