Huge potential, great co-workers, but compensation is way off base.

Clean environment, good group of people, mostly positive attitudes. Family oriented atmosphere. Communication is improving (slow and has a long way to go).

Cons

Compensation is far too low compared to industry standards for the geographical area. No clear path for advancement. Stress levels are too high in certain departments. Employees are over-loaded with work.
