Pros
Most of the co-workers are nice. The benefits package is pretty good. Really nice HR department.
Cons
The IT management is old-school and generally unacceptable. They, at best, give Agile lip-service, but are essentially against it. Their flagship application is rife with technical debt and they won't invest in doing the hard work to fix it. More importantly, some of the IT management staff are highly territorial, technically suspect, and insulting.
