Pros

Accuray makes great products, and it is very rewarding to be part of a company that contributes to improving the lives of those with cancer.

Cons

Senior leadership does not present a clear vision of the company future, and repeated layoffs make it difficult to feel a sense of job security.

Pros

Pay was good for a few years.

Cons

Rude/difficult management. Heat and AC breaks 10+ times a year Mangement will not help with work-load, you're on your own. Supervisor leaves early every day regardless of if staff is working overtime.

new management struggling

Pros

team members were great. previous management was good.

Cons

new mgrs in supply chain and logistics are egotistical, don't listen, close-minded and don't know/understand their own personnel and teams. only concerned with climbing the ladder and stepping on others to get there. mostly concerned with pointing fingers at other depts to deflect blame
