      Pros

      Accuray / TomoTherapy both have innovative products with the cutting edge technology.

      Cons

      Accuray is and has historically been entirely too top heavy. This company prides themselves with caring for their customers and the patients they treat...but have no appreciation for their employees and the level of expertise. Basically...you are a number and depending on your salary...you are expendable. Complete disappointment

      Pros

      Good benefits but pay is slightly lower as a result. Really cool work while doing something that matters to real people. Work-life balance is very good.

      Cons

      Corporate processes and policies are too heavy and burdensome for the size of the company. Lots of forced HR training/initiatives that only waste my time.
