Great product and great people. Although the product innovation is almost gone and now falling behind competition ...

Cons

Extremely bad management - especially the executive team. Layoffs happen every 6 months because mgmt can't plan properly and really doesn't understand the business or customers. The CEO is totally lost and always over promises and under delivers. Need to fire all of upper mgmt and the board of directors that believe the ridiculous operating plan every year and fail the investors and employees regularly. Lack of accountability all around in upper mgmt.

Great people, collaborative environment Great products Employees are very connected to the mission of the company in fighting cancer. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Too many layoffs Frequent reorganizations and layoffs put a strain on morale. Low stock price does not reflect huge progress of the company. Minimal bonuses.

Great to work on products that help caner patients. Company created social events (BBQ, Ice Cream Socials, Picnics) to help employees socialize.

Cons

Poor work life balance. Some of the worst management that I ever had was at Accuray. Company struggles to become profitable.
