Madison campus: Meaningful impact on patient care. Good people and good technical challenges.

Cons

After accuracy purchased Tomo, it was clear that the management team at Accuray was in over their heads on everything. Poorly prepared. Their style was management by fear and misinformation. It was a blessing to be laid off.

Smart engineers, good mission but ultimately we are bound by who buys the cyberknife and thus adding features becomes all about $$ rather than actually helping people fight cancer
