      Plenty of opportunities to take on new areas if one is proactive. Mostly good people and trying to help each other out.

      Cons

      Struggling to generate profits, so there's always the overhang of restructuring and cost cutting.

      Pros

      People are nice, easy to get along with. The work environment in Sunnyvale is calm and great to work in.

      Cons

      Some people in Human Resources weren't as helpful as they could have been. Missing information, confusion, etc.
