      Pros

      I started working in Accuray in the beginning of this year. It's being a surprise working here for the positive way. The environment, people and work are very nice. Here, we can observe that are a huge respect for the balance between professional and personal life.

      We are a small company with a huge potential to grow up.

      Pros

      I have been empowered to a point that I can truly feel proud of what we achieve. No barriers between myself and the most senior of the management team, everyone is very approachable and available.

      Cons

      The expectations and workload is high but I feel that my efforts are acknowledged and appreciated on a daily basis.

      Pros

      People care about the product. Technology is amazing. Ability to manage your time to what works best for you. A true attempt to establish cross functional communication within the lower ranks of the Company

      Cons

      Upper mgmt has always been seen as a "Boys club" and reactive as oppose to strategic. There is a lot of finger pointing. Team morale is very stifled.
