- solid hours, 40 hours a week - benefits - discount

Cons

- passive aggressive tendencies - no recognition for well done jobs (even if it means improving store corporate status) - easily replaceable in management’s eyes - high expectations, little to no reward - under paid while owner goes on multiple multi-week international vacations a year.
