Pros
Great chance to work directly with customers and with everyday products in a low pressure sales environment. Literally something for anybody to buy everyday.
Cons
Repetitive sales events with the sames products. No input from sales associates and customers into new products. Low pay and inflexible scheduling for store management. Corporate culture seems fat, uneducated and out-of-date.
