good pay & incentives (paid quarterly vs annually); good health insurance

Cons

Management was all about setting unrealistic expectations and having us push programs to stores whether they wanted them or not. Limited loyalty to those of us who were road warriors and got the job done. Management would call us and say we were no longer employed due to restructuring of our region. Or, in some cases take the top performers and find a bogus reason to say they were no longer meeting Ace requirements.
